What you get: 3m X 3m stall space, marquee included (enclosed) & lighting inside the marquee. NO tables or chairs provided. MUST BE ABLE TO TRADE ON ALL 3 DAYS. If application is approved, FULL payment must be made within 3 DAYS of receiving approval to secure your spot. In the event of entire show cancellation due to extreme circumstances, stallholders will be refunded 50% of the stall fee. No refund or reimbursement will be given if there are changes in event hours, closures or operations.

Retail Stall Marquee
Each stallholder will trade in the following marquee (or similar) at the event.

Features: 3m x 3m. Includes a full set of walls. Can be closed at the front. NO tables or chairs included (stallholders must bring their own). Lighting will be provided in the marquee. Does not come with any additional power sockets.
Lighting & Power
Each marquee is already provided with LIGHTING inside. Stalls DO NOT come with any power points. You can request extra power at your stall in this application form. Stallholders who use extra power supplied by the Eid Show are responsible for monitoring their power usage within their allocation. You are required to provide your OWN MINIMUM 40m EXTENSION CORD if you want extra power (tested and tagged). The EID SHOW DOES NOT SUPPLY ANY EXTENSION CORDS.
Stalls do NOT come with power sockets. Do you require any EXTRA power sockets for your stall? ($250 EXTRA fee applies per socket for the duration of the event):
Stall hire does not include power sockets. If you require extra power, please choose "YES".

Stallholders Parking
Stallholders receive ONE free parking space subject to availability. If available, do you wish to secure a free car space?*
PLEASE NOTE: Stallholders must have their cars parked in the allocated space before the event starts and will be UNABLE to move or LEAVE the carpark until the event ends.
Relevant Documents Required
All stallholders MUST have public liability insurance in order to trade at the event. Please upload your document here:*

Pricing: Food vendors are charged a fixed site fee AND a percentage of their total Gross sales (whichever is the greater).

Fixed Site Fee: $1350 (exl GST) AND/OR 22% of gross sales (whichever is the greater).
Pricing includes:

Additional Extras:
Power: Food vendors who require power must bring their own generators. The Eid Show NO LONGER supplies power to food vendors.

Shared Cool Room: $420 (exl GST) Pricing includes access to a shared cool room

- Have good quality products.
- Have a professional and well-presented setup.
- Maintain reasonable pricing of their products suitable for our attendees.
- Have Halal Certification of the products sold.
- Have evidence of past trading, permits and liability insurance.

Shared Cool Room:
There is NO ACCESS to a cool room included in the fixed price. If you would like access to a shared cool room during event trading hours, there is an additional fee of $400.
PLEASE NOTE: choosing this additional option will give you access to a shared cool room. All other power will be switched off overnight.
