Merchandise Stall Marquee
Each stallholder will trade in the following marquee at the event.

Features: 3m x 3m. Includes a full set of walls. Can be closed at the front. No tables or chairs included (stallholders must bring their own). Lighting will be provided in the marquee. Does not come with any additional power sockets.
Lighting & Power
Each marquee is already provided with LIGHTING inside. Stalls DO NOT come with any power points. You can request extra power at your stall in this application form. Stallholders who use extra power supplied by the Annual Islamic Eid Show are responsible for monitoring their power usage within their allocation. You are required to provide your own MINIMUM 40m EXTENSION CORD if you want extra power (tested and tagged). The AIES DOES NOT SUPPLY ANY EXTENSION CORDS.
Stalls do not come with power sockets. Do you require any EXTRA power sockets for your stall? ($125 EXTRA fee applies per socket for the duration of the event):
Stall hire does not include power sockets. If you require extra power, please choose "YES".

Stallholders Parking
Stallholders receive ONE free parking space subject to availability. If available, do you wish to secure a free car space?*
PLEASE NOTE: Stallholders must have their cars parked in the allocated space before the event starts and will be UNABLE to move or LEAVE the carpark until the event ends.

Fixed Site Fee: $1250 (exl GST) or 22% of gross sales (whichever is the greater).

Power is NOT included in the fixed site fee. If you would like access to power during event trading hours, there is an additional fee of $500.
PLEASE NOTE: choosing this additional option will give you access up to a MAXIMUM of 40amp power during trading hours ONLY and a shared cool room. Power will be switched off overnight. NO HEATERS ALLOWED.

A HALAL CERTFICATE MUST BE DISPLAYED AT ALL TIMES. If you do not currently have one, you must provide a certificate prior to event operation. All food processing machinery and preparation areas MUST BE THOROUGHLY CLEANED TO AVOID CROSS-CONTMAINATION WITH OTHER NON-HALAL PRODUCTS.
